Logo design inspired by rhythm for international hotel chain The Kempinski.
We were delighted to be asked by the Kempinski Group to create the logo and branding for Nawlin’s Jazz House, the first New Orleans inspired jazz house in Doha.
The logo embodies the mood of New Orleans – the smooth world of Jazz, rhythm and passion. It utilises symbols which are primary elements associated with jazz music in the region. Here, authentic music is the central idea. The brand colours recall the shiny brass instruments played by talented musicians and evoke the dimly lit jazz bars rooms, whilst the vintage fonts take us back to the heyday of the era that we associate the brand with.
